Kelly Ploszaj started her career with Equitable Advisors in January 2026 as a Financial Professional. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, completing a rare triple major in Computer Science, Spanish, and Mathematics in just three and a half years—a reflection of her drive, discipline, and passion for learning. She currently holds her Accident & Health, Life and Variable licenses, along with her FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations. Kelly is near fluent in Spanish and speaks Portuguese at an intermediate level, allowing her to support a wider range of clients and build meaningful relationships across diverse communities.
Before joining the financial industry, Kelly discovered her passion for helping others build confidence while working as a math tutor at Madison East High School. There, she supported both math and ESL students, valuing education not just as academics, but as a way to empower individuals. This experience now shapes the way she serves her clients—through clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and genuine care.
As a Financial Professional with Equitable Advisors, Kelly works with individuals and businesses toward reaching their financial goals. She provides customized strategies to help meet clients’ evolving needs, with a primary focus on Retirement Planning, Risk Management, and Investment Management. She has developed a strong foundation working with a diverse range of clients, including young professionals, beauty professionals, fitness professionals, nurses and doctors, construction workers, Epic employees, and many others.
Originally from Milton, Wisconsin, Kelly brings a warm, down-to-earth approach to her work and enjoys building genuine relationships through conversation and collaboration. Outside of her career, she enjoys bowling, reading, yoga/barre, and spending time with friends.
